Bob Marshall

Bob Marshall currently serves as President of Livingston Company, a Chattanooga, Tennessee merchant bank focused on providing growth capital to small to middle market companies across a variety of industries in the southeastern United States. Prior to joining Livingston in 2002, he served at Chattem, Inc. for over eight years, most recently as Vice President of Marketing. In this role he had income statement and marketing responsibility for the company’s entire brand portfolio with retail sales of about $300 million and was involved in all acquisition and divestiture decisions of the company.

Mr. Marshall started his career with The Procter & Gamble Company where he held a variety of positions in finance, accounting, and marketing. In addition to Nations Express, he is a Director for Smart Furniture, Inc. and Total Patient Care Home Health, LLC as well as an Observer to the boards of G&L Acquisition, Inc., Safety and Ecology Corporation, and Service First Corporation. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance from the University of Tennessee in 1986 and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1992.
